Hi all,
It's wellkonwn that most video coders accepte YUV raw as input format .And the two components U, V ( i.e. Cr,Cb ) need to be downsampled ( e.g. 4:2:0, 4:2:2 ) after being converted from rgb to yuv. This downsampling process needs a special filter , and it's descripted in the Document MPEG95/N0322.
Does anyone have this doc?
Your help will be greatly appreciated If u share a copy with me.
Best Regards.
Jazz.
